One Pan Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 small flour tortillas
- Lime wedges, for serving
- Fresh coriander (optional)

Prepare the Ingredients:
- Slice the chicken, bell peppers, and onion into thin strips.

Cook the Chicken:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken slices, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.

Add the Vegetables:
- Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the skillet. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.

Serve:
- Warm the tortillas in the pan for 1–2 minutes.
- Fill each tortilla with the chicken and vegetable mixture.
- Serve with lime wedges and fresh coriander (optional).
